Why You Might Not Want to Make Your Bed as Soon as You Wake Up

Experts say letting your bed air out for at least an hour.

We’ve talked about the importance of making the bed in the past but, a new study says you shouldn’t do the chore right after you wake up. They say letting your bed air out for at least an hour is what you should aim for. Also, this won’t allow moisture to be trapped under the covers especially during the summer months.
