Man Arrested After Setting Fire in Myrtle Beach Waffle House Bathroom

A man was arrested after setting a fire in a Myrtle Beach Waffle House bathroom. According to booking records, 53 year old Phillip Graham was arrested and charged with second-degree arson and trespassing after locking himself in the restroom for about four hours. Officers were called to the restaurant located at 100 North Kings Highway and after arriving, noticed smoke coming from under the door. An employee told police that Graham locked himself in the bathroom and refused to leave. No injuries or structural damage was reported.
