Sugar Linked to Smaller Brains

You probably already knew about the sugar crash. A medical report now suggests overtime sugar could shrink our IQ.

Ever eat something sweet and after that last bite of pleasure, you feel foggy?  You may have heard of the sugar fog.  That’s when your blood sugar levels spike and then crash causing you to feel tired or just blah.  A medical report suggests there could be something else going on.   These type of sugary foods overtime are associated with smaller left hippocampal volume.   In order words eating too much unhealthy foods overtime could make our brains smaller.
