July 26, 2021, is National Coffee Milkshake Day.  Greg and Audra give the day a healthier spin with a quick, easy way to add a little kick to your coffee.  Audra uses Ancient Nutrition Multi-Collagen Protein in her daily coffee.  (Nut free, keto, paleo, gluten free, dairy free)  For this recipe she uses Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer.   Both are powder forms of collagen protein that dissolve easily in coffee.

Audra’s collagen protein coffee:

Brewed coffee, sweetened to your preference

Unsweetened almond milk

One scoop of collagen protein (Ancient Nutrition’s Multi-Collagen Protein is the one Audra prefers).

Directions:  Mix one scoop of collagen protein into your coffee, add a splash of almond milk, shake and go.  For a frothier version, put in a blender.  Serve warm or over ice.
