Ohio High School Coach Drowns While Visiting Myrtle Beach

 He leaves behind a wife and two children. a GoFundMe has been created to help his family. 

An Ohio weightlifting coach drowned while trying to help someone else in the water Wednesday in Myrtle Beach.  It happened near 6th Avenue South.  49-year-old Marzell Pink reportedly went into the water to help someone.   He was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center where he later died.  Pink was a powerlifting coach in Cleveland where he and his team had just finished fifth in their first national competition in May.   He leaves behind a wife and two children. a GoFundMe has been created to help his family.
