Eating a Snack May Just Boost Your Mood

A One-Poll survey reveals many think eating a snack makes them happier.

What’s the best way to snap out of a bad mood? In a survey, folks were asked how they do it.  Most say short-term mood boosters work best.  Eating a snack, because you might just be hangry. Sweets are the number one choice.  Taking a bubble bath, tv, reading, cooking, baking and doing some deep breathing or some sort of meditation were also mentioned as helpful.
