1. Taking two extra minutes after you shower to dry it out will save you time at the end of the week.  Take a towel and dry off your shower before you hop out. It’s that simple. Mold and bacteria can’t grow in dry places.
2. This fitness tip will also save you time. Health coaches recommend picking up your pace and instead focus on your pace. A study found if you walk at a moderate to fast pace for about 30 minutes your heart rate increases to gain a greater health benefits at half the time.
