A Masterchef Tip for Better Burgers

This tip comes from a Masterchef judge.  It’s a trick for making better burgers with an ice cube.  Just make your patties then gently press a piece of ice into the center. It prevents the burger from overcooking and adds a bit of moisture to the meat.
