Microwave Caramels with Sea Salt
In a very large microwavable bowl:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Corn Syrup
1/2 cup Sweet & Condensed Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Line a 8 X 8 pan with parchment paper and spray the pan with nonstick spray. Microwave 2 minutes then stir. Microwave a total of 6 minutes for soft caramels, 7 minutes for firmer stirring every 2 minutes. Pour into pan and allow to set.
