Greg and Audra take the Thrifty and Trendy Challenge on Carolina AM

Greg and Audra take the Thrifty & Trendy challenge by heading to local thrift stores to find an outfit for today’s show. Greg shopped at the Goodwill in Surfside Beach.  He is wearing a JoS. A. Bank french cuff dress shirt and a Macy’s Izod coat.  Audra found a Yuka top and J Crew corduroys at the Goodwill in Florence.

Greg and Audra’s tips for shopping thrifty and trendy:

1.  Take a picture of what’s in your closet.  So you know what you have and it makes it easier to match.

2. Screenshot trends you are shopping for.

3. Map out your trip.  Enter your zip code on thethriftshopper.com to get a list of thrift, second hand and consignment shops closest to your location.

Take any donations you have collected and drop those off on your way!
