Local Food Truck Park Seeing Success

A new space in Florence that opened to the public in December is seeing success!  The Eats on the Creek Food Truck Park is an area where food trucks from across the state can set up to serve the community.  The Owners, Maxwell and Jake Holcombe say once the pandemic began they saw it as a chance to help a struggling industry.  Vendors say it has been a great way for them to earn money and believe the park will be even more packed come summertime.  The Holcombe brothers say they are planning on expanding.  Vendors can contact the park on Facebook.  There are eight slots available and the space operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.
