Are You as Mentally Sharp as You Were Before the Pandemic?

A new research study by Onepoll surveyed 2,000 participants and a majority of them say they have no energy and have felt their mental sharpness declining during the pandemic. 62 percent of people who responded say their days feel the same and they have a difficult time focusing throughout the day. 6 in 10 complained about feeling lethargic. 46 percent say the key to keeping their minds active is to pick up a book while 4 in 10 opt for exercise. Other activities people are doing to stay sharp: puzzles, watching documentaries and playing board games.
