4th of July Celebrations Set to Take Place in Myrtle Beach

In some lighter news, the 4th of July will be commemorated this year in Myrtle Beach. Numerous fireworks shows will go on across the city. At least one will take place at 10 p.m. at the Second Avenue Pier. Anyone is invited but encouraged to social distance and wear masks. The Myrtle Beach Pelicans also announced they will be hosting a fireworks show, movie and concert scheduled for July 3rd starting at 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, places such as North Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, and Murrells Inlet have canceled their celebrations.
