26 Arrested in Myrtle Beach Protests Over Weekend
26 people were arrested in Myrtle Beach Sunday during the George Floyd protests. Police Chief Amy Prock reported the majority of the crowds did remain peaceful during the protests. However, there were reports of people threatening or encouraging violence towards those doing so. Those arrested were charged with disorderly conduct or curfew violations. It was also noted that five of those who were arrested were from out of state and three were juveniles.
