Tornado Destroys Cars in Loris High School Parking Lot
A tornado tore through a Loris high school parking lot yesterday morning. The EF1 tornado blew through the Loris high school parking lot at speeds of up to 90 miles per hour. It’s reported the tornado developed near the loris high school football field and tracked along the side of some bleachers. Approximately 72 cars and a mobile home were seriously damaged but thankfully, nobody was injured. This comes after days of tornadoes and deadly winter storms devastated the south, taking the lives of 11 people and destroying many homes and buildings.
