Carolina Panthers Kawann Short Named NFC Defensive Player Of The Month
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Carolina Panthers defensive tackle Kawann Short has been named NFC Defensive Player of the Month.
Short had five sacks in the month of December. Â This is the second time this year that Short has won the honor.
Other Panthers players to win the title this season are cornerback Josh Norman and kicker Graham Gano (won for special teams player of the month).
The Panthers go into the post season with the best record in the NFL 15-1.
