Ryan Reconsidering Speakership

If House Republicans can unite, they may soon have a new leader. Wisconsin Representative Paul Ryan announced Tuesday night that he’ll run for Speaker of the House if that condition is met. Ryan’s change of heart comes weeks after saying he would not run for the most powerful position in Congress.
