Myrtis Cusack, Nutrition Educator Assistant (NEA) of Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service will prepare a variety of soups and share healthy cooking tips during a workshop at the Doctors Bruce and Lee Foundation Library on Tuesday, October 20 at 6:30 p.m.. A soup tasting will follow. Cusack has over 26 years of experience providing informative programs on food safety and nutrition for adults and children of all ages. This workshop is made possible by Friends of Florence County Library. Admission is free but registration is required.
