Tai Chi Mind/body Exercise Class

Tai Chi Mind/Body Exercise Class 13-week Free Course Thursdays, Sept. 3 through Dec. 3, 2015 at 10am-12pm. Dawud Hasan will be presenting this course for beginners. Join the course and be introduced to the remarkable and special mind-body exercises of Tai Chi. Register now for this free 13-week course, classes start on September 3. Limited to Adults, ages 18 and up. Dates for the classes are: Sept. 3, 10, 17, 24; Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; Nov. 5, 12, 19; and Dec. 3. All classes are from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
