Panthers Pick Up 10 Undrafted Free Agents

CHARLOTTE, NC– The Carolina Panthers have reportedly picked up new free agents in offseason.

The Panthers have agreed to terms with 10 undrafted free agents including top names, South Carolina receiver Damiere Byrd, former Clemson cornerback Garry Peters, former Florida defensive tackle Darious Cummings and former Ohio State defensive end Steve Miller.

To strengthen the teams defensive line, Panthers also brought in former Southern defensive end Arthur Miley.

Former James Madison safety Dean Marlowe, Utah linebacker Brian Blechen, former Memphis defensive tackle Terry Redden, former Morningside running back Brandon Wegher and former Michigan punter Matt Wile will also join the Panthers that have filled 86 of the 90 available roster spots.

The team says they will bring in 25-35 tryout players for this weekend’s rookie minicamp.
