Bobcats Newest Acquisitions Speak to Media

The Bobcats introduced 3-Point specialist Gary Neal and point guard Luke Ridnour today to the media. Head Coach Steve Clifford says both players will not play in tonight’s game against the Grizzles because they haven’t practiced with the team yet.
The Bobcats sent guard Ramon Sessions and forward Jeff Adrien to the Bucks in exchange for Neal and Ridnour.
Neal gives the Bobcats the shooting weapon they hoped to acquire at the trading deadline. Before signing with the Bucks as a free agent, Neal played three seasons with the San Antonio Spurs. He’s averaging 10 points per game this season.
