Mr. Johnson died Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Born in Darlington Co., SC, he was a son of the late Lonnie and Maybel Teal Johnson. Surviving are his daughter, Nicole Johnson of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Peggy Hall of Hartsville, SC; brother, Lonnie Johnson of Hartsville, SC; stepdaughter, Angela Pruehs of Jacksonville, FL. Funeral services for James Huey “Buddy” Johnson, 65, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home Chapel.
