MR. FRANKLIN A. “BOB” MESMER, (88) a loving husband and father, passed away Friday, January 21, 2011 in Myrtle Beach, SC where he and his wife, Jean of twenty-one (21) years resided for the last twenty (20) years. He was predeceased by Dorothy E. (Phillips) Mesmer to whom he was married for thirty-nine (39) years. The father of Robert (Joy), William (Eileen), Terry (Cindy) Mesmer and Debbie (Ken) Huttmaier; stepfather of Leonard (Brenda), Debbie (Jim), Charlene, Dean, Karen and Don. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Saint Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church 2587 Baseline Road Grand Island, NY.
