“Cruising for Murder” Murder Mystery Dinner Benefit for the Chrysalis Center
Local volunteers are having a benefit murder mystery dinner show for Florence’s, The Chrysalis Center, which is a division of Circle Park Behavioral Health Services (www.circlepark.com). The show is called, “Cruising For Murder,” from the Night of Mystery company (www.nightofmystery.com), and will be held on May 17, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at JP’s Seafood & Steakhouse. It is themed to be set aboard a cruise ship, where after a luxurious week at sea, all those on-board the Mystery of the Seas are ready for a night of romance and intrigue at the “Captain’s Cocktail Reception” an extravagant affair to top all others. Adrift on the ocean, there is no better place to escape your troubles or for a murderer to strike. Could the killer be the commanding captain who has found his personal life out of control? A seething spouse who has discovered the dastardly deception of their darling? Or possibly a conniving contestant who will do anything to be crowned ambassadress by the cruise line? Trapped at sea, no one is safe and everyone is a suspect. As secrets are revealed, everyone’s innocence will come into question as the assassin tries to appear angelic. Sharpen your sleuthing skills, for that’s what you will have to rely on to call out the killer! Tickets are $30.00 and include admission to the show and a meal that includes steak, shrimp, baked potato, salad, bread, dessert & tea/lemonade. We will also be having a silent auction that night as well. Tickets can be purchased at JP’s Seafood & Steakhouse or Palmetto Place Therapeutic Massage or by calling either (843) 319-6505 or (843) 206-1710.
