Proceeds benefit the Waccamaw Youth Center. Tickets include: all you can eat buffet (including prime rib & crab legs), door prizes, silent auction, open bar (beer & wine only) and live entertainment! Featuring a Reverse Raffle $3,000 Grand Prize. **COME HAVE A BALL AT THIS CASUAL EVENT** The Waccamaw Youth Center, Inc. is the first and only low management group home in Horry County serving severely abused, abandoned and neglected males ages 12-21. Our residents are in the custody of South Carolina Dept of Social Services due to no fault of their own. Since our inception in February 2001, we have provided more than 5 years of service to our community. During this time, we have had the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of over 100 young men. Events such as the Starfish Ball enable us to provide the very best Place to Call Home for those young men in need.
