CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Panthers lost yet another close one on Sunday, falling to the Minnesota Vikings 28-27.
Carolina led by as many as 11 points in the 4th quarter but were unable to seal the deal and get the victory. Joey Slye missed a game winning field goal from 54 yds out as time expired, while the defense allowed the Vikings to drive 75 yards to take the lead for good with under 2 minutes to play.
