CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Carolina Panthers were blown out by the Tampa Bay Bucs 46-23 on Sunday. It’s their fifth straight and worst of the season by far.
After being tied 17-17 at the half the Panthers went scoreless in the third quarter. That’s the sixth time this season Carolina has failed to score a single point in the third quarter.
