A fire in Horry County damaged four-acres in the Conway area. Shortly after noon on Friday, fire crews responded to High Point Church Road on reports of an outside blaze that threatened nearby structures. The flames also damaged a residence and left one person hospitalized with injuries. The fire was contained and the cause is now under investigation.
