Passport Processing Times Are Back To Pre-Pandemic Levels

Between October of 2022 to September of 2023, the department issued over 24 million passport books and cards which is the highest number in U.S. history.

Processing times for passport applications appear to be back to pre-pandemic levels. The Department of Education explained that bringing so many borrowers back into repayment at the same time was expected to be a challenge.

Nearly 9 million borrowers missed their first student loan payment after the pandemic pause was lifted. Spinach Sold In Seven States Recalled Due To Possible Risk Of Listeria

Both brands of spinach were sent to stores in seven states including North and South Carolina.

Fresh Express has issued a recall on spinach products. Over 120 people have died after a powerful earthquake struck in northwest China. The high winds left behind much damage and flooding prompted several rescue missions for those stuck in vehicles on roads.
