Carolina Forest Residents Discuss Becoming Its Own City Or Town

The next steps involve gaining 3,000 signatures to send to the state for approval to turn the neighborhood into its own city.

In a meeting held on Wednesday, residents of Carolina Forest debated about turning the area into its own town or city.
