A two-vehicle crash in Horry County left three people hurt. The accident happened around 1am Thursday in the area of Highway 544 and Cox Ferry Road. Lanes of traffic were blocked off as crews worked the scene where extrication operations were used to remove those who were entrapped after the crash.
