An investigation determined that both drivers failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of the roads resulting in the collision.

One person is dead and another is facing charges after a collision occurred in Robeson County. The crash happened just after 5pm on Wednesday along NC-71 and Mount Zion Church Road.
