A pedestrian who was recently struck by a vehicle in Horry County has died. The incident occurred shortly after 10pm on Friday. 32-year-old Nakeeta Stanley was walking east along West Homewood Road when she was hit by the vehicle. The victim was taken to a hospital and succumbed to her injuries around 3:40pm Monday. The incident is currently under investigation.
