Ulysses Conner is in prison for two counts of second-degree burglary in Orangeburg County and was sentenced to 10 years.

An inmate, who escaped from the S.C. Department of Corrections, has been captured. Last Thursday, 32-year-old Ulysses Conner walked off his job at the Bojangles located off Celebration Boulevard in Florence.
