David Rodriguez Jr. was sentenced to nearly five years in prison after which he will be supervised for three years.

A Florence doctor has been sentenced after pleading guilty to unlawfully distributing oxycodone outside of medical practices. 50-year-old David Rodriguez Jr. was accused of providing 15 prescriptions of oxycodone over an eight month period.
