A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle in Darlington County. Around 9:45pm Wednesday night, a Chevrolet SUV was heading north along Highway 15 when it hit a pedestrian who was walking near S. Fifth Street. The driver was not injured but the pedestrian succumbed their injuries. Their identity has not been publicly revealed at this time.
