Experts say since when it starts getting darker earlier, for a lot of people, it means more nighttime snacking. According to a new survey, 79% of Americans say their cravings for snacks increase when the sun sets earlier. Nine out of ten of us snack between dinner and going to bed. The five things we crave the most are ice cream, cookies, chips, popcorn and candy.
