Robeson County Authorities Looking for Man After Shooting

Authorities in Robeson County are looking for man wanted in connection with a shooting that happened yesterday. According to deputies, a 21 year old man was shot multiple times on Hestertown Road in Lumberton. He was taken to the hospital and is currently in critical condition. The sheriff’s office said the victim’s vehicle was stolen but later found at the intersection of Highway 72 East and Long Branch Road. Deputies are searching for Damian Hunt in connection to the incident. He is charged with attempted first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon among other charges.
