Greg Learns How to Make Mashed Banana Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars
Healthy and delicious!
5 cups of rolled oats
6 Bananas
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup milk
1 cup sugar free maple syrup
2 cups granulated sweetener
3 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons unsweetened special dark cocoa powder
ALOT of powdered PB!!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray tins with cooking spray.
Puree the oats in food processor.
Mix rest of dry ingredients and add to oats…then remove to separate bowl.
Puree the bananas and add to dry mixture.
Bake approximately 12-14 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven….let sit for 10 minutes before removing.
These freeze extremely well!
