8 Displaced, 1 Injured After Fire in Horry County

8 people were displaced and one was injured after a three alarm fire in Horry County yesterday morning. Horry County Fire Rescue was dispatched at 10:51 a.m. on Juxa Drive in Carolina Forest and at 12:40 p.m. the fire was under control. Eight people were displaced and will be offered assistance from the American Red Cross of South Carolina. The injured person was treated on the scene. Myrtle Beach Fire Department assisted with the call. The blaze is being investigated by HCFR’s Fire Investigation Unit.
