A Man Has Been Charged In Connection To A Fatal Shooting In Robeson County
A man has been charged in connection to a fatal shooting in Robeson County on Monday. The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged 28 year old Nicoya Dial of Red Springs with voluntary manslaughter of 32 year old Neil Locklear after the fatal shooting on Lewis McNeill Road. According to a release from the Sheriff’s Office, the shooting was a result of an altercation between Locklear and Dial who are related. Locklear was transported to McLeod Medical Center in Florence for treatment and died from his injuries. Dial was taken to the Robeson County Detention Center on a $30,000 bond.
