Man Charged With The Lumberton Road Rage Shooting Will Appear In Court Tomorrow Morning

The man charged in the Lumberton road rage shooting will face a judge for his second court appearance tomorrow morning. 29 year old Dejywan Floyd is charged with first degree murder and discharging a weapon into an occupied property. Floyd was denied bond at his first court appearance two weeks ago. Robeson County District Attorney Matthew Scott said Floyd waved his right to a public defender and has indicated that he will hire a lawyer.
