Lumberton Authorities Issue Silver Alert for 22-Year-Old with Dementia

A Silver Alert was issued by North Carolina authorities. 22-year-old Tyshawn Unique Skipper was last seen in Lumberton. He’s believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. There is currently no available photo for him, but officials say Skipper is 5′9″ and 225 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He may also be wearing a green and white baseball cap, white shirt, black suit jacket, black jeans and black and gold sneakers.
