World’s Longest Hockey Game Lasts 252 Hours
The world’s longest hockey game has ended in Alberta Canada. 40 members of ‘Team Hope’ and ‘Team Cure’ took turns spending time on the ice during the event which started on February 4th and lasted 252 hours! Temperatures were down to 67 degrees below zero at some points. So cold that a few pucks shattered while being passed, skate blades broke in half, pieces of masks fell off and became unglued and the goalies pads even cracked.
