A minor error happened during the printing of the ‘Del Monte Note’ resulting in a banana sticker being printed over in the making of the bill, both the treasury mark and the serial number appear over top of the green sticker. It’s rare but not too rare, other bills have also been released with errors on them including a band aid, wood shavings and paper fragments. Bidding on it ended at almost $400,000!
