You Only Need 11 Minutes of Activity to Live Longer
Living longer might not be as hard as you think! According to sports medicine scientists, only 11 minutes of moderate exercise can give you long-term health benefits. A 14 and a half year study revealed that people who work out 35 minutes a day experience the biggest results in terms of health, especially joint health, but people who exercise at least 11 minutes a day can also see benefits. Some things that are good for longevity include a brisk walk, cleaning, such as vacuuming or mopping, mowing the lawn, or taking a light bike ride.
