Local Election Officials Report Receiving Dozens of Invalid Mail-in Ballots
Horry County election officials have already reported receiving invalid absentee and mail-in ballots. The board said that out of thousands already received, around 60 or so cannot be counted because they’re missing witness signatures. This comes a few weeks after the Supreme Court ruled they would be required for this year’s election in South Carolina. Unfortunately for those residents, the most recent ruling from the South Carolina Supreme Court says you can’t makes these votes count or vote again.
