Intermittent Fasting Might Not Actually Work

Bad news for folks trying their hand at intermittent fasting….a new study says it doesn’t work. It’s been one of the most popular diet trends of the past several years and basically involves only eating during a window of about 8 hours. But, experts are now warning that it doesn’t help you lose weight, and may even result in a loss of muscle mass. In fact, a recent study revealed that people who fasted for 12 weeks only lost a half-pound more than a group of people who ate normally.
