Trump Administration Ordered to Turn in Evidence Connected to USPS Changes
A federal judge has ordered the Trump Administration to turn over evidence on the recent USPS policy changes. It must be turned over within ten days as part of a lawsuit brought against them by 14 states. The legal action claims the mail changes implemented will negatively impact the 2020 election. They are demanding the service pledge to put the “disruptive” changes on hold as well as provide a detailed account of how they intend to treat mail-in ballots as a priority come November. Fortunately for the Trump Campaign, a judge in Iowa’s second largest county has ruled in their favor and invalidated over 50,000 absentee ballots applications. The file claimed they were improperly sent out with more information printed on them than allowed. Now county officials have to resend the correct forms to tens of thousands of residents. They’ve assured even if people have filled out an application twice, they will only receive one ballot.
