Man Takes Cop Car For A Joyride

A man suspected of car thefts took a cop car for a joyride. While the officers were on foot searching for him he reached through an open window of a cruiser, unlocked the door, and drove away. The stolen car was found 30 minutes later and he was booked for felony theft.
